ପ୍ରୋକ୍ଲୋରପେରାଜିନ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Prochlorperazine, ଏକ ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ କମ୍ପ୍ରୋ/Compro) ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଅଇ (nausea), ସିଜୋଫ୍ରେନିଆ , ଅଧକପାଳି ଓ ଉଦ୍‌ବେଗ ଆଦି ରୋଗରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୧]^[୨]^[୩] ଉଦ୍‌ବେଗ ରୋଗରେ ଏହା କମ୍ ପସନ୍ଦ କରାଯାଏ ।^[୧] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ, ମଳଦ୍ୱାରରେ (rectally), ଶିରାଭ୍ୟନ୍ତର ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ (injection into a vein) ବା ମାଂସପେଶୀ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ (injection into a muscle) ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୧]

ପ୍ରୋକ୍ଲୋରପେରାଜିନର ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ନିଦ୍ରାଳୁ ଭାବ, ଝାପ୍‌ସା ଦୃଷ୍ଟି, ଅଳ୍ପ ରକ୍ତଚାପ ଓ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ଓଜନିଆ ଲାଗିପାରେ ।^[୧] ସାଂଘାତିକ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଟାର୍ଡିଭ ଡିସକାଇନେସିଆ ଓ ନିଉରୋଲେପ୍ଟିକ ମାଲିଗନାଣ୍ଟ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ ଆଦି ରୋଗ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥା ଓ ସ୍ତନ୍ୟପାନ ସମୟରେ ଏହା ଦେବାକୁ ନିଷେଧ କରାଯାଏ ।^[୪] ଏହା ଏକ ଆଣ୍ଟିସାଇକୋଟିକ (antisychotic) ଔଷଧ ଓ ମସ୍ତିଷ୍କରେ ଡୋପାମିନ (dopamine) ସ୍ତରକୁ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ କରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ହୁଏ ।^[୧]
