ଭର୍ଟିଓକ୍ସେଟିନ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Vortioxetine, ଏକ ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ ଟ୍ରିଣ୍ଟେଲିକ୍ସ/ Trintellix) ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଅବସାଦ ବେମାରୀ ଚିକିତ୍ସାରେ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହାର କରାଯାଏ । ଭର୍ଟିଓକ୍ସେଟିନ ^[୨] ଏହି ଔଷଧ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଆଣ୍ଟିଡିପ୍ରେସାଣ୍ଟ (antidepressants) ଔଷଧ ଭଳି ସମତୁଲ ପ୍ରଭାବଶୀଳ ହୁଏ ।^[୨] ଦୁଇଟି ଆଣ୍ଟିଡିପ୍ରେସାଣ୍ଟ ଔଷଧ ପ୍ରଭାବ‌ହୀନ ହେଲେ ଏହି ଔଷଧ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୩] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ^[୨]

ଭର୍ଟିଓକ୍ସେଟିନର ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ କୋଷ୍ଠକାଠିନ୍ୟ ଓ ଅଇ (nausea) ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୨] ସାଂଘାତିକ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ହେଲେ ରକ୍ତସ୍ରାବ, ସେରୋଟୋନିନ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ, ମାନିଆ (mania), ଏସଆଇଏଡିଏଚ (SIADH) ଓ ରୋଗୀ ବୟସ ୨୫ରୁ କମ୍ ଥିଲେ ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟା ପ୍ରବଣ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୨] ଏହି ଔଷଧ ଶୀଘ୍ର ବନ୍ଦ କରିଦେଲେ ଉଇଥଡ୍ରାଆଲ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ (withdrawal syndrome) ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୨] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥା ଓ ସ୍ତନ୍ୟପାନ ସମୟରେ ଏହା ଦିଆଯାଏ ନାହିଁ ।^[୩] ସେରୋଟୋନିନ ମୋଡ୍ୟୁଲେଟର (serotonin modulator ଶ୍ରେଣୀରେ ଏହାକୁ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ କରାଯାଏ ।^[୨] ଏହାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟବିଧି ଅଜଣା ଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେରୋଟୋନିନ serotonin) ସ୍ତର ଅଧିକ କରି ଏହା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ହେଉଥିବା ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରାଯାଏ । ^[୨]
