ଡେକ୍ସଟ୍ରୋମେଥୋରଫାନ/କ୍ୱିନିଡାଇନ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Dextromethorphan/quinidine), ନୁଏଡେକ୍ସଟା (Nuedexta) ଏହାର ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ, ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ସୁଡୋବଲ୍ବାର ପ୍ରଭାବର (PBA) ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଏକ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ଔଷଧ ।[୨] ଏଥିରେ ପିବିଏ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୂକ୍ତ ହୋଇଛି ଯାହା ଆମାୟୋଟ୍ରୋଫିକ୍ ଲାଟେରାଲ୍ ସ୍କ୍ଲେରୋସିସ୍ (ALS), ମଲ୍ଟିପ୍ଲ ସ୍କ୍ଲେରୋସିସ୍ (ଏମ୍ଏସ୍) ଏବଂ ଡିମେନ୍ସିଆରେ ସୁଡୋବଲ୍ବାର ପ୍ରଭାବ (PBA) ହୋଇପାରେ ।[୩] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।[୨]
ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା, ମୁଣ୍ଡ ବୁଲାଇବା, କାଶ, ବାନ୍ତି, ପ୍ରାନ୍ତୀୟ ଫୁଲା ଏବଂ ମୂତ୍ରନଳୀ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ହୋଇପାରେ । [୨] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ କମ୍ ପ୍ଲାଟେଲେଟ୍, ଲଙ୍ଗ କ୍ୟୁଟି ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ, ଯକୃତ ସମସ୍ୟା ଏବଂ ସେରୋଟୋନିନ୍ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ ହୋଇପାରେ ।[୨] ଏଥିରେ ଡେକ୍ସଟ୍ରୋମେଥୋରଫାନ ଯାହା ଏକ ଏନଏମଡିଏ (NMDA) ରିସେପ୍ଟର ଆଣ୍ଟାନିଷ୍ଟ ଏବଂ କ୍ୱିନିଡାଇନ୍ ଯାହା ଏକ ସିୱାଇପି୨ଡି୬ (CYP2D6) ପ୍ରତିବନ୍ଧକ ଅଛି ।[୨] ଡେକ୍ସଟ୍ରୋମେଥୋରଫାନର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଁ କ୍ୱିନିଡାଇନ୍ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।[୩]
୨୦୧୦ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଏହି ମିଶ୍ରଣକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।[୨] ଏହା ୨୦୧୩ରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହି ଅନୁମୋଦନ ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ସମୟରେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।[୪] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏହାର ୬୦ଟି ବଟିକାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୩୦୦ ଡଲାର ଥିଲା ।[୫]
