ଡିଫ୍ଲୋରାସୋନ ଡାଇସେଟେଟ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Diflorasone diacetate), ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସୋରକୋନ (Psorcon) ବ୍ରାଣ୍ଡ ଏହାର ଏକ ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଷ୍ଟିରଏଡ ।^[୧] ଏହା ଆଟୋପିକ୍ ଡର୍ମାଟାଇଟିସ୍, ସୋରିଆସିସ ଏବଂ ଆଲର୍ଜି ଜନିତ ସଂସ୍ପର୍ଶ ଡର୍ମାଟାଇଟିସ ରୋଗ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୧]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଉତ୍ତେଜନା, ଲୋମକୂପ ପ୍ରଦାହ, ବ୍ରଣ, ହ୍ରାସ ହୋଇଥିବା ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ, ପେରିଓରାଲ୍ ଚର୍ମ‌ପ୍ରଦାହ, ସଂକ୍ରମଣ, କେଶ ବୃଦ୍ଧି, ଏବଂ ଚର୍ମରେ ଗାର ପଡ଼ିବା ଦେଖାଯାଏ । ^[୧] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ କୁସିଙ୍ଗ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ ଏବଂ ଆଲର୍ଜି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏହାର ଶକ୍ତିକୁ ତୃତୀୟ ଶ୍ରେଣୀଭୁକ୍ତ କରାଯାଇଛି (ଗ୍ରୁପ |||) ।^[୨]

୧୯୭୭ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଡିଫ୍ଲୋରାସୋନ ଡାଏସେଟେଟକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।^[୧] ଏହା ଏକ ସାଧାରଣ ଔଷଧ ଭାବରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ।^[୩] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୩୦ ଗ୍ରାମ ଟ୍ୟୁବ୍ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୬୫ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ ।^[୩]
