ଡିଫେରେସିରକ୍ସ, ଏକ୍ସଜେଡ୍ ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ବିଟା-ଥାଲାସେମିଆ ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ କ୍ରୋନିକ୍ ଆନିମିଆ ଯୋଗୁ ଭୋଗୁଥିବା ରକ୍ତହୀନତା ପାଇଁ ଦୀର୍ଘ ଦିନ ଧରି ରକ୍ତ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରୁଥିବା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କର ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ଲୌହ ଜମାହେଉଥିବା ଯୋଗୁ ଏହି ଔଷଧ ଦିଆଯାଏ । [୨] ସାଧାରଣତଃ ଯେତେବେଳେ ଡିଫେରକ୍ସାମାଇନ୍ ଯଥେଷ୍ଟ ନ ହେଲେ ଏହା ଦିଆଯାଏ ।[୨] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।[୩]
