ପୋମାଲିଡୋମାଇଡ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Pomalidomide), ପୋମାଲିଷ୍ଟ ଏବଂ ଇମ୍ନୋଭିଡ ନାମରେ ବିକ୍ରି ହେଉଥିବା ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଏକାଧିକ ମାଇଲୋମା (ଏମଏମ/ MM) ଏବଂ କାପୋସି ସାର୍କୋମା (କେଏସ/ KS) ରୋଗମାନଙ୍କର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୪] ଏମଏମ ପାଇଁ ଏହା ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ଯେତେବେଳେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ବିଫଳ ହୁଏ ।^[୪] କେଏସ ପାଇଁ ଏହା ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ଯେତେବେଳେ ଏଚଏଏଆରଟି (<b>highly active antiretroviral therapy</b> (<b>HAART</b>) ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ କିମ୍ବା ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଏଚ୍.ଆଇ.ଭି ନକାରାତ୍ମକ ଅଟନ୍ତି ।^[୪] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୪]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଥକ୍କା, ସ୍ୱଳ୍ପ ନିଉଟ୍ରୋଫିଲ୍, ସ୍ୱଳ୍ପ ଲାଲ ରକ୍ତ କଣିକା, ବାନ୍ତି, ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା, ଅଣନିଶ୍ୱାସ, ଜ୍ୱର ଏବଂ ଥ୍ରୋମ୍ବୋସାଇଟୋପେନିଆ ବା ଅଳ୍ପ ପ୍ଲାଲେଟ୍ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୪] ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଯକୃତ ସମସ୍ୟା, ଟ୍ୟୁମର ଲାଇସିସ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ, ରକ୍ତ ଜମାଟ ବାନ୍ଧିବା ଏବଂ ଆନାଫାଇଲକ୍‌ସିସ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୪] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କଲେ ଶିଶୁର କ୍ଷତି ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୪] ଏହା ଥାଲିଡୋମାଇଡ ସହିତ ସଦୃଶ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରଣାଳୀକୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ହୁଏ ।^[୬] ^[୨]

୨୦୧୩ ମସିହାରେ ଆମେରିକା ଏବଂ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ପୋମାଲିଡୋମାଇଡ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୪] ^[୨] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୨୦ ସପ୍ତାହର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ୨୦୨୧ ମସିହାରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୮,୯୦୦ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହେଉଥିଲା ।^[୭] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏହି ରାଶିର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୦,୦୦୦ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ ।^[୮]
