ଟେଡୁଗ୍ଲୁଟାଇଡ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Teduglutide), ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗାଟେକ୍ସ ଏକ ବେପାର ନାମ, ହେଉଛି କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ଅନ୍ତନଳୀ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଏକ ଔଷଧ ।^[୧] ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଭାବରେ ଏହା ଏପରି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କର ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ପୌଷ୍ଟିକ ଆହାର ଆବଶ୍ୟକ କରନ୍ତି ।^[୧] ଏହା ଚର୍ମ ତଳେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୧]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ପେଟ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ଅଇ, ଶରୀରରେ ଅତ୍ୟାଧିକ ତରଳ ପଦାର୍ଥ ହୋଇଯାଏ, ଆଲର୍ଜି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ଏବଂ ମୁଣ୍ଡବିନ୍ଧା ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଅର୍ବୁଦ, ଆନ୍ତ୍ରିକ ଅବରୋଧ, ପିତ୍ତାସ୍ମରୀ ରୋଗ ଏବଂ ଅଗ୍ନାଶୟ ରୋଗ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କଲେ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ହେଉଥିବା ପରି ଜଣାଯାଏ ।^[୨] ଏହା ଶରୀରରେ ଥିବା ଗ୍ଲୁକାଗନ ଭଳି ପେପ୍ଟାଇଡ୍-୨ (GLP-2) ସହିତ ଏହା ସମତୁଲ, ଯାହା ଅନ୍ତନଳୀରୁ ପୋଷକ ତତ୍ତ୍ୱ ଗ୍ରହଣ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଥାଏ ।^[୩]
