ସାଇକ୍ଲୋଫସଫାମାଇଡ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Cyclophosphamide ବା CP, ଅନ୍ୟ ନାମ ସାଇଟୋଫସଫେନ/cytophosphane)^[୩] ଏକ କେମୋଥେରାପି (chemotherapy) ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଇମ୍ମ୍ୟୁନିଟି ଦମନ‌କାରୀ (suppress the immune system) ଭାବରେ ମଧ୍ୟ କାମ କରେ ।^[୪] ଲିମ୍ଫୋମା, ମଲ୍ଟିପ୍ଲ ମାୟେଲୋମା, ଲିଉକେମିଆ, ଓଭାରି କର୍କଟ, ସ୍ତନ କର୍କଟ, ସ୍ମଲ ସେଲ ଫୁସଫୁସ କର୍କଟ (small cell lung cancer), ନିଉରୋବ୍ଲାସ୍ଟୋମା ଓ ସାର୍କୋମା (sarcoma) ଆଦି ରୋଗମାନଙ୍କରେ ଏହା କେମୋଥେରାପି ଭାବରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ଇମ୍ମ୍ୟୁନୋସପ୍ରେସାଣ୍ଟ ଭାବରେ ନେଫ୍ରୋଟିକ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମରେ (nephrotic syndrome) ଓ ଅଙ୍ଗ ପ୍ରତିରୋପଣ (organ transplant) ପରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ବା ଶିରାଭ୍ୟନ୍ତର ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ (injection into a vein|) ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୪]

ଅଧିକାଂଶ ଲୋକଙ୍କର ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ହୁଏ । ସାଧାରଣତଃ ସ୍ୱଳ୍ପ ରକ୍ତ କଣିକା (low white blood cell counts), ଅରୁଚି, ବାନ୍ତି, କେଶହାନୀ (hair loss) ଓ ମୂତ୍ରାଶୟ ରକ୍ତସ୍ରାବ (bleeding from the bladder) ହୋଇପାରେ । କେତେକ ସାଂଘାତିକ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଅଧିକ କର୍କଟ ସଙ୍କଟ, ବନ୍ଧ୍ୟାଦୋଷ (infertility), ଆଲର୍ଜି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା (allergic reactions) ଓ ଫୁସଫୁସ ଫାଇବ୍ରୋସିସ (pulmonary fibrosis) ହୋଇପାରେ । ଏହା ଆଲକିଲେଟିଙ୍ଗ ଆଣ୍ଟିନିଓପ୍ଲାସ୍ଟିକ ଏଜେଣ୍ଟ (alkylating agent ) ଓ ନାଇଟ୍ରୋଜେନ ମସ୍ଟାର୍ଡ଼ (nitrogen mustard) ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ଔଷଧ । ଏହା ଡିଏନଏ (DNA) ଦ୍ୱିତୀକରଣ ଓ ଆରଏନଏ (RNA) ସୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ବାଧା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ହୁଏ । ^[୪]
