ଏଷ୍ଟ୍ରାମଷ୍ଟାଇନ ଫସଫେଟ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Estramustine phosphate/ EMP ), ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏମ୍ସିଟ ଏକ ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ପ୍ରୋଷ୍ଟେଟ କର୍କଟ ରୋଗର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଏକ ଔଷଧ ।^[୭] ଏହି ରୋଗ ବିଶେଷ ଭାବରେ ହରମୋନ୍ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାଶୀଳ ଥିଲେ ଏହା ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୭] ଏହାକୁ ଦିନକୁ ତିନିରୁ ଚାରିଥର ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୭]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା, ହୃଦ୍‌ପାତ, ସ୍ୱଳ୍ପ ଲାଲ ରକ୍ତ କଣିକା, ସ୍ତନ ବୃଦ୍ଧି, ଯକୃତ ସମସ୍ୟା, ରକ୍ତ ଜମାଟ ବାନ୍ଧିବା ଏବଂ ଅଇ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୮] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଯୌନ ଅସୁବିଧା, ଉଚ୍ଚ ରକ୍ତଚାପ ଏବଂ ଆଞ୍ଜିଓଇଡିମା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୭] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କଲେ ଶିଶୁର କ୍ଷତି ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୭] ଏକ ନାଇଟ୍ରୋଜେନ ମଷ୍ଟାର୍ଡ଼ ସହିତ ଏକ ଏଷ୍ଟ୍ରାଡିଓଲ ଯୋଗ କରି ଏହା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଏ । ^[୯]
