ଏଭି-ନୋଡାଲ ରିଏଣ୍ଟ୍ରାଣ୍ଟ ଦୃତ‌ହୃଦଗତି (AV-nodal reentrant tachycardia/ AVNRT) ହେଉଛି ଏକ ପ୍ରକାର ଅସ୍ୱାଭାବିକ ଏହା ଏକ ଦୃତ ହୃତ୍‌ପିଣ୍ଡ ଗତି ରୋଗ ।। ^[୬] ଏହାର ଲକ୍ଷଣରେ ପାଲପିଟେସନ, ବେକ ଧକ ଧକ ହେବା, ହାଲୁକା ମୁଣ୍ଡ, ଅଣନିଶ୍ୱାସ, ପରିସ୍ରା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଏବଂ ଛାତି ଅସ୍ୱାଭାବିକତା ହୋଇପାରେ । ^[୭] ^[୮] ^[୯] ଆରମ୍ଭ ସାଧାରଣତଃ ହଠାତ୍ ହୋଇଥାଏ । ^[୧୦] ଜଟିଳତାରେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଥିବା କରୋନାରୀ ଧମନୀ ରୋଗରେ ହୃଦଘାତ ହୋଇପାରେ । ^[୧]

ଏହା ସାଧାରଣତଃ ଅନ୍ତର୍ନିହିତ ହୃଦରୋଗ ସହିତ ଜଡିତ ନୁହେଁ । ^[୭] ଅନ୍ତର୍ନିହିତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଏଭି ନୋଡରେ ଦୁଇଟି ପଥ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୂକ୍ତ ଥାଏ ବୋଲି ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରାଯାଏ ଯାହା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବେଗରେ ଚାଲିଥାଏ । ଏକ ଇସିଜିରେ (ECG) ^[୧୦] ପ୍ରତି ମିନିଟରେ ୧୪୦ରୁ ୨୮୦ ବିଟ୍ ଏବଂ ଏକ ସଂକୀର୍ଣ୍ଣ କ୍ୟୁଆରଏସ କମ୍ପଲେକ୍ସ ଥିଲେ ଏହି ରୋଗ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ କରାଯାଏ । ^[୧] ପି ତରଙ୍ଗ ସାଧାରଣତଃ ଦେଖାଯାଏ ନାହିଁ ।^[୩]

ଚିକିତ୍ସାରେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଶାରୀରିକ କ୍ରିୟା, ଔଷଧ କିମ୍ବା ଇଲେକ୍ଟ୍ରିକାଲ କାର୍ଡ଼ିଓଭର୍ସନ କରାଯାଏ । ^[୭] ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଔଷଧ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆଡେନୋସିନ କିମ୍ବା ଡିଲଟାୟାଜେମ୍ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇପାରେ । ^[୧] କାର୍ଡିଓଭର୍ସନ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭିକ ପରାମର୍ଶରେ ୫୦ରୁ ୧୦୦ଜେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୧୦] ବାରମ୍ବାର ଆକ୍ରମଣ ହେଉଥିଲେ ରେଡିଓଫ୍ରିକ୍ୱେନ୍ସି ଆବ୍ଲାସନ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କରାଯାଇପାରେ । ^[୧] ଯଦି ଏହା ଏକ ବିକଳ୍ପ ନୁହେଁ ତେବେ ବିଟା ବ୍ଲକର କିମ୍ବା ଡିଲଟାୟଜେମ୍ ଦୀର୍ଘକାଳ ଧରି ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୋଇପାରେ । ^[୯] ଫଳାଫଳ ସାଧାରଣତ ଭଲ ଅଟେ । ^[୧]

ପାରାକ୍ସାଇସମାଲ୍ ସୁପ୍ରାଭେଣ୍ଟ୍ରିକୁଲାର ଟାକିକାର୍ଡିଆ (SVT)ର ପ୍ରାୟ ୬୦% ମାମଲାକୁ ଏଭି-ନୋଡାଲ ରିଏଣ୍ଟ୍ରାଣ୍ଟ ଦୃତ‌ହୃଦଗତି ପ୍ରତିନିଧିତ୍ୱ କରେ । ^[୭] ୧୪ରୁ ୫୦ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ୍କ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୁଏ । ^[୯] ମହିଳାମାନେ ପୁରୁଷଙ୍କ ତୁଳନାରେ ଦୁଇଗୁଣ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି। ^[୧୦] ଅନ୍ତର୍ନିହିତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟବିଧି ପ୍ରଥମେ ୧୯୭୩ ମସିହାରେ ଡେନସ୍ଦ୍ୱାରା ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ^[୧୧]
