କରୋନା ରୋଗ ୨୦୧୯ ବା କେବଳ କରୋନା, ଏସଏଆରଏସ-ସିଓଭି-୨ (SARS-CoV-2) (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2) ଭୂତାଣୁ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଯୋଗୁ ହୁଏ ।[୧] ସଂକ୍ରମଣର ୨ରୁ ୧୪ ଦିନ ପରେ ଲକ୍ଷଣ ଦେଖାଯାଏ, ହାରାହାରି ୫ ଦିନ ଲାଗେ । [୨][୩]

ଚିହ୍ନ ଓ ଲକ୍ଷଣ[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ରୋଗୀର ଇନଫ୍ଲୁଏଞ୍ଜା ଭଳି ଜ୍ୱର, ଶୁଖିଲା କାଶ ଓ ଅଣନିଶ୍ୱାସୀ ଲକ୍ଷଣ ଦେଖାଯାଏ ବା ଲକ୍ଷଣ ବିହୀନ ହୋଇପାରେ ।[୪][୫][୬] ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କର ସାମାନ୍ୟ ଧରଣର ଲକ୍ଷଣ ଦେଖାଯାଏ ।[୭]ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା ଓ ଛିଙ୍କ, ବା ତଣ୍ଟି ଦରଜ ସାଧାରଣତଃ କମ୍ ହୁଏ । [୮] ରୋଗ ବଢ଼ିଗଲେ ନିମୋନିଆ, ମଲ୍‌ଟିପ୍ଲ ଅର୍ଗାନ ଡିସଫଙ୍କସନ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ ଓ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇପାରେ ।

କାରଣ[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ଏହି ରୋଗ ଏସଏଆରଏସ-ସିଓଭି-୨ (SARS-CoV-2) ଭୂତାଣୁ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଯୋଗୁ ହୁଏ ଯାହାକୁ ପୂର୍ବେ ୨୦୧୯ ନୋଭେଲ କରୋନାଭୁତାଣୁ କୁହାଯାଉଥିଲା । କାଶ ଓ ଛିଙ୍କ ହେବା ସମୟରେ ଏହି ଭୂତାଣୁ ଫୁସଫୁସରୁ ବାହାରି ଆସି ବାୟୁ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ବ୍ୟାପିଯାଏ ।[୯]

ରୋଗ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ନାକ ବା ଗଳାରୁ ସ୍ୱାବ ନେଇ ରିଭର୍ସ ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସକ୍ରିପସନ ପଲିମରେଜ ଚେନ ରିଆକସନ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରାଯାଏ । ଲକ୍ଷଣ, ସଙ୍କଟ କାରକ ଓ ଛାତିର ସିଟି ସ୍କାନ ଚିତ୍ର ଦେଖି ମଧ୍ୟ ରୋଗ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ କରାଯାଇପାରେ ।[୧୦]

ପ୍ରତିଷେଧ[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

କୌଣସି ଟିକା ନ ଥିବାରୁ ପ୍ରତିଷେଧ ପାଇଁ ଘରେ ରହିବେ, ଯାତ୍ରା କରିବେନି, ସାମାଜିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଭାଗ ନେବେନି, ସାବୁନ ଓ ଗରମ ପାଣି ଦେଇ ହାତ ଧୋଇବେ, ଅଧୁଆ ହାତରେ ଆଖି, ନାକ ଓ ପାଟିକୁ ଛୁଇଁବେନି ଓ କାଶ ବେଳେ ରୁମାଲ ଦେଇ କାଶିବେ ଓ ପରେ ରୁମାଲ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରିଦେବେ । [୧୧][୧୨]

ଚିକିତ୍ସା[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ଏହି ରୋଗ ନିମନ୍ତେ କୌଣସି ଔଷଧ ନାହିଁ । ଅମ୍ଳଜାନ ଓ ଶିରାଭ୍ୟନ୍ତର ତରଳ ପଦାର୍ଥ ଦେଇ ସ‌ହାୟକ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କରାଯାଏ । [୧୩][୧୪]ଆକ୍ୟୁଟ ରେସପିରେଟରି ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ ନଥିଲେ ସ୍ଟିରଏଡ ଦିଆଯାଏ ନାହିଁ ।[୧୫][୧୬]

ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ସୁରକ୍ଷାକାରୀ ଉପକରଣ[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ରୋଗୀର ଇନଟ୍ୟୁବେସନ ବା ହାତ ଭେଣ୍ଟିଲେସନ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କରିବା ସମୟରେ ସାବଧାନ ରହିବାକୁ ହୁଏ ।[୧୮]

ଚିକିତ୍ସକମାନେ ୧) ଗାଉନ, ୨) ମାସ୍କ ବା ରେସପିରେଟର, ୩) ଗ‌ଗଲସ୍ ବା ମୁଖ ଘୋଡ଼ଣୀ, ୪) ଗ୍ଲୋଭସ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହାର କରିବାକୁ ସିଡିସି ଉପଦେଶ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି ।[୧୯][୨୦]

୬୦ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରୁ ଅଧିକ, ବିଶେଷତଃ ୮୦ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ୍କ ଲୋକଙ୍କର ମେକାନିକାଲ ଭେଣ୍ଟିଲେସନ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ହୁଏ ।

ପରୀକ୍ଷାମୂଳକ ଚିକିତ୍ସା[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]

ମାର୍ଚ୍ଚ ୨୦୨୦ରେ ରେମଡେସିଭିର (remdesivir)[୨୧] ଓ ଚୀନରେ ଲୋପିନାଭିର/ରିଟୋନାଭିର ପରୀକ୍ଷାମୂଳକ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ଚାଲିଛି । [୨୨] କ୍ଲୋରୋକୁଇନ ଓ ନିଟାଜୋକ୍ସାନାଇଡ (Nitazoxanide) ଔଷଧର ପରୀକ୍ଷା ମଧ୍ୟ ଚାଲିଛି ।

ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଲାଭ କରିଥିବା ଅନେକ ଲୋକଙ୍କର ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଉଚ୍ଚ ରକ୍ତଚାପ, ମଧୁମେହ ଓ ହୃଦରକ୍ତନାଳୀ ରୋଗ ଥିବା ଜଣାଯାଏ । [୨୩]
