    ନୁସିନରସେନ, ଏକ ବେପାର ନାମ ସ୍ପିନରାଜା, ହେଉଛି ମେରୁଦଣ୍ଡୀୟ ମାଂସପେଶୀ ଆଟ୍ରୋଫି (SMA)ର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଏକ ଔଷଧ ।[୪] ଏହା ମୋଟର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ଉନ୍ନତ କରିଥାଏ ।[୪] ଏହା ମେରୁଦଣ୍ଡ କେନାଲରେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକ୍ସନ ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।[୪]

    ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଶ୍ୱାସକ୍ରିୟା ସଂକ୍ରମଣ, କୋଷ୍ଠକାଠିନ୍ୟ ଏବଂ କାନ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ହୋଇପାରେ ।[୪] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ କମ ପ୍ଲାଟେଲେଟ୍, ରକ୍ତସ୍ରାବ ଏବଂ ବୃକ୍‌କ ସମସ୍ୟା ହୋଇପାରେ ।[୪] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଅସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଅଟେ ।[୪] ଏହା ଏକ ଆଣ୍ଟିସେନ୍ସ ଓଲିଗୋନ୍ୟୁକ୍ଲିଓଟାଇଡ଼ ଯାହା ମୋଟୋର ନିଉରନ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରେଇଥାଏ ।[୫]

    ୨୦୧୬ ମସିହାରେ ଆମେରିକାରେ ଏବଂ ୨୦୧୭ରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ନୁସିନରସେନ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।[୪] [୬] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଏକ ମାତ୍ରାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୨୦୨୧ ମସିହାର ୭୫,୦୦୦ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ ଥିଲେ ।[୫] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟରେ ଏହାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୩୩,୦୦୦ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ ।[୭]
