ନୁସିନରସେନ, ଏକ ବେପାର ନାମ ସ୍ପିନରାଜା, ହେଉଛି ମେରୁଦଣ୍ଡୀୟ ମାଂସପେଶୀ ଆଟ୍ରୋଫି (SMA)ର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଏକ ଔଷଧ ।^[୪] ଏହା ମୋଟର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ଉନ୍ନତ କରିଥାଏ ।^[୪] ଏହା ମେରୁଦଣ୍ଡ କେନାଲରେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକ୍ସନ ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୪]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଶ୍ୱାସକ୍ରିୟା ସଂକ୍ରମଣ, କୋଷ୍ଠକାଠିନ୍ୟ ଏବଂ କାନ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୪] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ କମ ପ୍ଲାଟେଲେଟ୍, ରକ୍ତସ୍ରାବ ଏବଂ ବୃକ୍‌କ ସମସ୍ୟା ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୪] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଅସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଅଟେ ।^[୪] ଏହା ଏକ ଆଣ୍ଟିସେନ୍ସ ଓଲିଗୋନ୍ୟୁକ୍ଲିଓଟାଇଡ଼ ଯାହା ମୋଟୋର ନିଉରନ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରେଇଥାଏ ।^[୫]

୨୦୧୬ ମସିହାରେ ଆମେରିକାରେ ଏବଂ ୨୦୧୭ରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ନୁସିନରସେନ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୪] ^[୬] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଏକ ମାତ୍ରାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୨୦୨୧ ମସିହାର ୭୫,୦୦୦ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ ଥିଲେ ।^[୫] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟରେ ଏହାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୩୩,୦୦୦ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ ।^[୭]
