ଇଟ୍ରାକନାଜଲ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Itraconazole) ଏକ କବକ ବିରୋଧୀ ବା ଆଣ୍ଟିଫଙ୍ଗାଲ ଔଷଧ (antifungal medication) ଯାହା କବକ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ (fungal infections) ଚିକିତ୍ସାରେ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହାର କରାଯାଏ ।^[୩] ଆସ୍ପରଜିଲ୍ଲୋସିସ (aspergillosis), ବ୍ଲାସ୍ଟୋମାଇକୋସିସ (blastomycosis), କ‌କ୍ସିଡିଓମାଇକୋସିସ (coccidioidomycosis), ହିସ୍ଟୋପ୍ଲାଜମୋସିସ (histoplasmosis) ଓ ପାରାକ‌କ୍ସିଡିଓମାଇକୋସିସ (en:paracoccidioidomycosis) ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ରୋଗ କବକ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଯୋଗୁ ହୁଏ ।^[୩] ଏହି ଔଷଧ ପାଟିରେ ବା ଶିରାଭ୍ୟନ୍ତରରେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ (intravenously) ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୩]

ଇଟ୍ରାକନାଜଲ ଔଷଧରେ ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଅଇ, ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା, ଉଦର ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ରାସ୍ ଓ ମୁଣ୍ଡବିନ୍ଧା ହୁଏ । ^[୩] ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ସାଂଘାତିକ ହେଲେ ଯକୃଟ ସମସ୍ୟା (liver problem), ହୃଦ୍‌ପାତ, ସ୍ଟିଭେନ୍ସ ଜନସନ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ ଓ ଆନାଫାଇଲାକ୍‌ସିସ ଭଳି ଆଲର୍ଜି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା (allergic reactions) ଦେଖାଯାଇପାରେ । ^[୩] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥା ବା ସ୍ତନ୍ୟପାନ (breastfeeding) ସମୟରେ ଏହା ନେଲେ ନିରାପଦ କି ନୁହେଁ ତାହା ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ହୋଇନାହିଁ । ^[୪] ଏହା ଟ୍ରିଆଜୋଲ (triazole) ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ଏକ ଔଷଧ ।^[୩] ଏହା କୋଷ ପରଦାକୁ (cell membrane) ପ୍ରଭାବିତ କରି କବକର ବୃଦ୍ଧିକୁ ରୋକିଦିଏ (stops fungal growth) ବା ତାହାର ମେଟାବୋଲିଜ୍ମକୁ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ କରେ । ^[୩]

ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଆମେରିକାରେ ଇଟ୍ରାକନାଜଲ ସନ ୧୯୯୨ରେ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହାର ନିମନ୍ତେ ସ୍ୱୀକୃତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୩] ଏହାର ନାମ ବିଶ୍ୱ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଂଗଠନର ଅତ୍ୟାବଶ୍ୟକୀୟ ଔଷଧ ଚିଠାରେ (World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines) ଅଛି ଯାହା ମୌଳିକ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସିସ୍ଟମ (health system) ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅତି ମହତ୍ତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ।^[୫] ସନ ୨୦୧୫ରେ ବିକାଶଶୀଳ ଦେଶମାନଙ୍କରେ (developing world) ଏହି ଔଷଧର ଏକ ଦିନ ଡୋଜର କ୍ରୟ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୦.୨୯ ଆମେରିକୀୟ ଡଲାର ଥିଲା ।^[୬] ସନ ୨୦୧୭ରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଆମେରିକାରେ ଏହାର ଏକ ହୋଲସେଲ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୬.୩୬ ଆମେରିକୀୟ ଡଲାର ଥିଲା ।^[୭]
