ଭେନେଟୋକ୍ଲାକ୍ସ, ବେପାର ନାମ ଭେନେକ୍ଲେକ୍ସଟା ଓ ଭେଙ୍କ୍ଲିକ୍ସଟୋ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା କ୍ରୋନିକ୍ ଲିମ୍ଫୋସାଇଟିକ ଲ୍ୟୁକେମିଆ (CLL), ସ୍ମଲ ଲିମ୍ଫୋସାଇଟିକ ଲିମ୍ଫୋମା (SLL) କିମ୍ବାଆକ୍ୟୁଟ ମାଇଲୋଏଡ୍ ଲ୍ୟୁକେମିଆ (AML) ରୋଗମାନଙ୍କର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ହୁଏ ।^[୩]^[୪] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୪] ଏହାକୁ ଏକ‌କ ଭାବରେ କିମ୍ବା ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଔଷଧ ସହିତ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ଭାବରେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୪]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ସ୍ୱଳ୍ପ ଶ୍ୱେତ ରକ୍ତ କଣିକା, ସ୍ୱଳ୍ପ ଲୋହିତ ରକ୍ତ କଣିକା, ଉଚ୍ଚ ରକ୍ତ ପୋଟାସିୟମ୍ ସ୍ତର , ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା, ଅଇ, ଶ୍ୱାସକ୍ରିୟା ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ଏବଂ ଥକାପଣ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୪] ଅନ୍ୟ ଗୁରୁତର ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ସେପ୍ସିସ୍, କମ୍ ପୋଟାସିୟମ୍, ଟ୍ୟୁମର୍ ଲାଇସିସ୍ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ ଏବଂ ରକ୍ତସ୍ରାବ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୪] ^[୫] ଏହା ସେଣ୍ଟ ଜନ୍ ୱର୍ଟ ସହିତ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା କରିଥାଏ ।^[୪] ଏହା ବିସିଏଲ-୨ (Bcl-2) ନାମକ ଏକ ପ୍ରୋଟିନ୍ ସଂଲଗ୍ନ ହୋଇ ତାହାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପକୁ ଅବରୋଧ କରେ ଯାହାଦ୍ୱାରା କର୍କଟ କୋଷଗୁଡ଼ିକର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥାଏ ।^[୪]

୨୦୧୬ ମସିହାରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଏବଂ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ଭେନେଟୋକ୍ଲାକ୍ସ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୪] ^[୫] ^[୬] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୧୦୦ମିଗ୍ରା ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ୧୧୨ଟି ବଟିକାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୨,୬୦୦ ଡଲାର ଥିଲା ।^[୭]
