ଆଲୋସେଟ୍ରନ, ଏକ ବେପାର ନାମ ଲୋଟ୍ରୋନେକ୍ସ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କଠାରେ ଇରିଟେବ୍ଲ ବାୱେଲ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ (ଆଇବିଏସ୍) ଜନିତ ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ାର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ । ^[୧] ଏହା କେବଳ ଗୁରୁତର ରୋଗରେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହେବା ଉଚିତ, ଯାହା ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସାରେ ଉପଶମ ହୋଇପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ^[୨] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ^[୨]
