ଜାତୀୟ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ନୀତି, ୨୦୧୩ ( Right to Food Act(ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଅଧିକାର ନୀତି) ନାମରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଜଣା) (ହିନ୍ଦୀ:राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा) ଏକ ଭାରତୀୟ ସଂସଦ ନୀତି ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ଅଟେଯାହାର ଅର୍ଥ ହେଉଛି ଭାରତର ଦୁଇତୃତୀୟାଂଶ ତଥା ୧.୨ ନିୟୁତ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ରିହାତି(ସବସିଡ଼) ଦରରେ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଯୋଗାଇଦେବା । [୧] ଏହା ସେପ୍ଟେମ୍ବର ୧୨, ୨୦୧୩ ମସିହାରେ ଆଇନ ରୂପେ ସ୍ୱାକ୍ଷରିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଏହାର ପୂର୍ବ ପ୍ରଭାବ ଜୁଲାଇ ୫, ୨୦୧୩ରୁ ପଡ଼ିଥିଲା । [୨][୩]
ଜାତୀୟ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ନୀତି (NFSA ୨୦୧୩) ଭାରତର ସଦ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଚଳିତ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଯୋଜନାକୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ମଧ୍ୟାହ୍ନ ଭୋଜନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ, ସମ୍ମିଳିତ ଶିଶୁ ବିକାଶ ସେବା ଏବଂ ସାଧାରଣ ବଣ୍ଟନ ଏହି ଯୋଜନାର ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ଅଟେ । ଆହୁରି ମଧ୍ୟ NFSA ୨୦୧୩ ମାତୃତ୍ୱ ଅଧିକାରକୁ ସ୍ୱୀକାର କରେ । ମଧ୍ୟାହ୍ନ ଭୋଜନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଏବଂ ସମ୍ମିଳିତ ଶିଶୁ ବିକାଶ ସେବା ଯୋଜନାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ପିଡିଏସ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କେବଳ ଭାରତର ଦୁଇତୃତୀୟାଂଶ ଲୋକଙ୍କଠାରେ ସୀମିତ ।(୭୫% ଗ୍ରାମାଞ୍ଚଳ ଏବଂ ୫୦% ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ)
ଏହି ବିଲ୍ ଅଧିନରେ ସାଧାରଣ ବଣ୍ଟନ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ଉପଭୋକ୍ତାମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରତି ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ୫ କିଲୋଗ୍ରାମ ଆକାରରେ ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ ମୂଲ୍ୟସୂଚୀ ଆଧାରରେ ଖାଦ୍ୟଶସ୍ୟ ମିଳିବ:

- ମୋଟା ଦାନା ଯୁକ୍ତ ଶସ୍ୟ (ବାଜରା) 1 ({{INRConvert/ପ୍ରକାଶନରେ ଅସୁବିଧା: ଅଜଣା ଚିହ୍ନ "[" ।|1|0||USD|year={{{year}}}}}) ପ୍ରତି କିଲୋ ।
ଗର୍ଭବତୀ ମହିଳା, ସ୍ତନ୍ୟପାନ କରୋଉଥିବା ମା', ଏବଂ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ପ୍ରକାରର କିଛି ଶିଶୁ ଦୈନିକ ମାଗଣା ଖାଦ୍ୟ ପାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ହେବେ ।
ଏହି ବିଲ୍ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବିବାଦୀୟ ଅଟେ । ଏହା ଡିସେମ୍ବର ୨୨, ୨୦୧୧ରେ ପାର୍ଲ୍ୟାମେଣ୍ଟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ଏବଂ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରପତିଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟାଦେଶ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଜୁଲାଇ ୫, ୨୦୧୩ମସିହାରେ ପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା । [୪][୫]
