ଫୋସଡେନୋପ୍ଟେରିନ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Fosdenopterin), ନୋଲିବ୍ରି ଏହାର ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ମୋଲିବଡେନମ କୋଫାକ୍ଟର ଅଭାବ (MoCD) ପ୍ରକାର ୧ର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୧] ^[୨] ଏହା ଦିନକୁ ଥରେ ଏକ ଶିରାରେ ଧୀରେ ଧୀରେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୧]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଶିରାଭ୍ୟନ୍ତର ସମ୍ପର୍କୀୟ ଜଟିଳତା, ଜ୍ୱର, ଶ୍ୱସକ୍ରିୟା ସଂକ୍ରମଣ, ବାନ୍ତି, ଗ୍ୟାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୋଏଣ୍ଟେରାଇଟିସ୍ ଏବଂ ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୨] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଆତପଦାହ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇପାରେ । ^[୨] ଏହା ସାଇକ୍ଲିକ୍ ପାଇରାନୋପ୍ଟେରିନ ମୋନୋଫୋସଫେଟର (ସିପିଏମ‌ପି) ଏକ ଉତ୍ପାଦିତ ରୂପ, ଯାହା ଏହାକୁ ବଦଳାଇଥାଏ | ^[୧]

୨୦୨୧ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏବଂ ୨୦୨୨ରେ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଫୋସଡେନୋପେରିନ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୧]^[୨] ୨୦୨୨ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ବ୍ରିଟେନରେ ଏହା ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ନୁହେଁ ^[୩] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏହାର ୯.୫ ମିଗ୍ରା ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଏକ ଭାଏଲର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୫୦୦ ଡଲାର; ୧୦ କିଲୋଗ୍ରାମ ପିଲାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ବର୍ଷରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୫୫୦,୦୦୦ ଡଲାର ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହୁଏ ।^[୪]
