ମେଗ୍ଲୁମିନ ଆଣ୍ଟିମୋନିଏଟ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Meglumine antimoniate) ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଲିସମାନିଆସିସ ରୋଗରେ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହୃତ ହୁଏ । ଏହି ଲିସମାନିଆସିସ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରକାର ହୋଇପାରେ ଯେପରି ଭିସେରାଲ, ମ୍ୟୁକୋକ୍ୟୁଟାନିଅସ ଓ କ୍ୟୁଟାନିଅସ ଲିସମାନିଆସିସ । ଏହାକୁ ମାଂସପେଶୀରେ (injection into a muscle) ବା ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ^[୧]

ଏହାର ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅରୁଚି, ଅଇ, ପେଟ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, କାଶ, ଥକ୍କା ଅନୁଭବ, ମାଂସପେଶୀ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ଅନିୟମିତ ହୃଦ୍‌ଗତି (irregular heartbeat) ଓ ବୃକ୍‌କ ସମସ୍ୟା (kidney problems) । ହୃତ୍‌ପିଣ୍ଡ, ଯକୃତ ବା ବୃକ୍‌କ ସମସ୍ୟା ଥିବା ଲୋକ ଏହା ବ୍ୟବ‌ହାର କରିବାକୁ ମନା କରାଯାଏ । ସ୍ତନ୍ୟପାନ (breastfeeding) ସମୟରେ ଏହା ଦେବା ଉଚିତ ନୁହେଁ । ପେଣ୍ଟାଭାଲେଣ୍ଟ ଆଣ୍ଟିମୋନିଆଲ (pentavalent antimonial) ଔଷଧ ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ଏହା ଏକ ଔଷଧ ।^[୧]

ମେଗ୍ଲୁମିନ ଆଣ୍ଟିମୋନିଏଟ ସନ ୧୯୪୬ରେ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହାରରେ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେଲା ।^[୨] ଏହାର ନାମ ବିଶ୍ୱ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଂଗଠନର ଅତ୍ୟାବଶ୍ୟକୀୟ ଔଷଧ ଚିଠାରେ (World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines) ଅଛି ଯାହା ମୌଳିକ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସିସ୍ଟମ (health system) ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅତି ମହତ୍ତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ।^[୩] ଏହାର ଏକ ଭାଏଲର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ବିକାଶଶୀଳ ଦେଶମାନଙ୍କରେ (developing world) ସନ ୨୦୧୪ରେ ୪.୩୨ ଆମେରିକୀୟ ଡଲାର ଥିଲା ।^[୪] ଏହି ଔଷଧ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ୟୁରୋପ ଓ ଲାଟିନ ଆମେରିକାରେ (Latin America) ମିଳେ କିନ୍ତୁ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଆମେରିକାରେ ମିଳେନାହିଁ ।^[୫]^[୬]
