ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ନେଇଥିବା ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ହୁଏ ଏବଂ ଲାଲ ପଡ଼ିଯାଏ ।^[୬] ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଆଲର୍ଜି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୬] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ଏବଂ ସ୍ତନ୍ୟପାନରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଅସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଅଟେ ।^[୬] ଏହା ଏକ କାଲସିଟୋନିନ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ ପେପ୍ଟାଇଡ୍ (CGRP) ପ୍ରତିରୋଧକ ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ଔଷଧ ।^[୬]

୨୦୧୮ ମସିହାରେ ଆମେରିକାରେ,^[୬] ୨୦୧୯ରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ^[୫] ଏବଂ ୨୦୨୦ରେ ବ୍ରିଟେନରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଫ୍ରେମାନେଜୁମାବ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।^[୨] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହାର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ବାବଦ ମାସକୁ ୬୨୫ ଡଲାର ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହୋଇଥାଏ ।^[୭] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଏହି ରାଶିର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୪୫୦ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ ।^[୮]
