ରୋମିପ୍ଲୋଷ୍ଟିମ, ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏନପ୍ଲେଟ (Nplate) ଏକ ବେପାର ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଇମ୍ୟୁନ ଥ୍ରୋମ୍ବୋସାଇଟୋପେନିକ୍ ପୁରପୁରା (ଆଇଟିପି) ଏବଂ ତୀବ୍ର ବିକିରଣ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ ରୋଗମାନଙ୍କର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୧] ^[୨] ଆଇଟିପିରେ ଏହା ବ୍ୟବ‌ହାର କରାଯାଇପାରେ ଯେତେବେଳେ କର୍ଟିକୋଷ୍ଟିରଏଡ, ଇମ୍ୟୁନୋଗ୍ଲୋବୁଲିନ, କିମ୍ବା ସ୍ପ୍ଲେନେକ୍ଟୋମି ଫଳପ୍ରଦ ହୁଏନି ।^[୨] ଚର୍ମ ତଳେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ଆକାରରେ ଏହା ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୨]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଗଣ୍ଠି ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ଶୋଇବାରେ ଅସୁବିଧା, ପେଟ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ମୁଣ୍ଡବିନ୍ଧା ଏବଂ ଥକାପଣ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ରକ୍ତ କର୍କଟ, ରକ୍ତ ଜମାଟ ବାନ୍ଧିବା ଏବଂ ଅସ୍ଥି ମଜ୍ଜା ଫାଇବ୍ରୋସିସ୍ ହୋଇପାରେ | ^[୧] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଅସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଅଟେ ।^[୩] ଥ୍ରୋମ୍ବୋପଏଟିନ ରିସେପ୍ଟରକୁ ସକ୍ରିୟ କରି ଏହା ପ୍ଲାଟେଲେଟ୍ ଉତ୍ପାଦନକୁ ସକ୍ରିୟ କରିଥାଏ ଓ ଏହା ଫଳରେ ଏହା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ହୁଏ ।^[୪]

୨୦୦୮ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏବଂ ୨୦୦୯ରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ରୋମିପ୍ଲୋଷ୍ଟିମ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୪] ^[୧] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଏକ ୧୨୫ ମାଇଗ୍ରା ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଭାଏଲର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୨୪୦ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ ଥିଲା ।^[୫] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏହି ରାଶିର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୧୦୦ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ ।^[୬]
