ମେଟ୍ରେଲେପ୍ଟିନ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Metreleptin), ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମିଆଲେପ୍ଟ ଏକ ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଲାଇପୋଡିଷ୍ଟ୍ରଫି ରୋଗର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୫] ଚର୍ମ ତଳେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ଆକାରରେ ଏହା ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୫] ଏହା ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସହିତ ଏକତ୍ର ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୪]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ନିମ୍ନ ରକ୍ତ ଶର୍କରା ଏବଂ ଓଜନ ହ୍ରାସ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୪] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ମୁଣ୍ଡବିନ୍ଧା, ପେଟ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ଥକାପଣ ଏବଂ ଜ୍ୱର ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୫] ଗୁରୁତର ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଆନାଫାଇଲାକସିସ ଏବଂ ଲିମ୍ଫୋମା ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୫] ଏହା ଲେପ୍ଟିନର ଏକ ପୁନର୍ବିନ୍ୟାସ ରୂପ | ^[୫]

୨୦୧୪ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏବଂ ୨୦୧୮ରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ମେଟ୍ରେଲେପ୍ଟିନ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୫] ^[୪] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏକ ମାସରେ ୧୧.୩ ମିଗ୍ରା ପାଇଁ ଏହାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୬୬,୦୦୦ ଡଲାର ।^[୬] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଏହି ରାଶିରମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୭୦,୦୦୦ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ । ^[୭]
