ବେରୋଟ୍ରାଲଷ୍ଟାଟ, (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Berotralstat) ଓର୍ଲାଡେୟୋ ଏହାର ଏକ ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ବଂଶାନୁକ୍ରମିକ ଆଞ୍ଜିଓଇଡିମା (HAE) ରୋଗର ପ୍ରତିଷେଧ ଭାବରେ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୩] ବାର ବର୍ଷ ଓ ତଦୁର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱ ବୟସରେ ଏହା ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୩] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୩]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ପେଟ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ବାନ୍ତି, ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା, ପିଠି ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ଏବଂ ବୁକୁଜ୍ୱାଳା ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୩] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ କ୍ୟୁଟି ବିସ୍ତାର ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୩] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ କ୍ଷତିର କୌଣସି ପ୍ରମାଣ ନଥିବାବେଳେ, ଏହାର ବ୍ୟବହାର ଭଲ ଭାବରେ ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ କରାଯାଇ ନାହିଁ ।^[୩] ଏହା ଏକ ପ୍ଲାଜ୍ମା କାଲିକ୍ରିନ୍ ପ୍ରତିରୋଧକ ।^[୩]

୨୦୨୦ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏବଂ ୨୦୨୧ରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ବେରୋଟ୍ରାଲଷ୍ଟାଟ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୩] ^[୨] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୨୦୨୦ ସପ୍ତାହ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୦,୨୦୦ ଅଟେ | ^[୫] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏହି ରାଶିର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୪୦,୫୦୦ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ ।^[୬]
