ପ୍ରେଟୋମାନିଡ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Pretomanid), ଡୋଭପ୍ରେଲା ଏହାର ଏକ ବେପାର ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଆଣ୍ଟିବାୟୋଟିକ ଯାହା ବହୁ ଔଷଧ ପ୍ରତିରୋଧ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ଯକ୍ଷ୍ମା ଫୁସଫୁସ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୩] ଏହା ସାଧାରଣତଃ ବେଡାକୁଇଲିନ୍ ଏବଂ ଲିନେଜୋଲିଡ ସହିତ ଏକତ୍ର ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୧] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୧]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ସ୍ନାୟୁ କ୍ଷତି, ବ୍ରଣ, ବାନ୍ତି, ମୁଣ୍ଡବିନ୍ଧା, କମ୍ ରକ୍ତ ଶର୍କରା, ତରଲ ଝାଡ଼ା ଏବଂ ଯକୃତ ପ୍ରଦାହ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୩] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଅସ୍ଥି ମଜ୍ଜା ଦମନ, ଅପ୍ଟିକ୍ ନ୍ୟୁରୋପାଥି (optic neuropathy) ଏବଂ କ୍ୟୁଟି (QT) ବିସ୍ତାର ହୋଇପାରେ । ^[୪] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଅସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଅଟେ ।^[୫] ଏହା ନାଇଟ୍ରୋଇମିଡାଜୋଲ ଶ୍ରେଣୀର ଏକ ଔଷଧ ।^[୬]

୨୦୧୯ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏବଂ ୨୦୨୦ରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରେଟୋମାନିଡ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୩] ^[୧] ବିଶ୍ୱ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଂଗଠନର ଜରୁରୀ ଔଷଧ ତାଲିକାରେ ଏହାର ନାମ ଅଛି ।^[୭] ବିକାଶଶୀଳ ଦେଶରେ ୨୦୧୯ରେ ୬ ମାସର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ଏହାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୩୬୪ ଡଲାର ଥିଲା ।^[୮] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏହି ପରିମାଣର ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ପ୍ରାୟ ୩,୮୦୦ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ ।^[୯] ଏହାକୁ ଟିବି ଆଲିଆନ୍ସଦ୍ୱାରା ବିକଶିତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।^[୬] ^[୩]
