ପ୍ରାସୁଗ୍ରେଲ, ଏକ ବେପାର ନାମ ଏଫିଏଣ୍ଟ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ପରକ୍ୟୁଟାନିଅସ କରୋନାରୀ ଇଣ୍ଟରଭେନସନ (PCI) ଚିକିତ୍ସାରେ ଥିବା ତୀବ୍ର କରୋନାରି ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ (ACS) ରୋଗୀମାନଙ୍କର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ରକ୍ତ ଜମାଟ ନ ବାନ୍ଧିବା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ । ଏହା ଆସ୍ପିରିନ୍ ସହିତ ଏକତ୍ର ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୧] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୧]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ରକ୍ତସ୍ରାବ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୨] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଥ୍ରୋମ୍ବୋଟିକ ଥ୍ରୋମ୍ବୋସାଇଟୋପେନିକ ପୁରପୁରା ଏବଂ ଆଞ୍ଜିଓଇଡେମା ହୋଇପାରେ।^[୨] ଏହା ପି୨ୱାଇ₁₂ (P2Y₁₂ ) ପ୍ଲାଲେଟ୍ ଆଡେନୋସିନ ଡାଇଫସଫେଟ୍ (ADP) - ରିସେପ୍ଟର ଇନହିବିଟର ପ୍ରକାରର ଏକ ପ୍ଲାଟେଲେଟ ଇନହିବିଟର ।^[୨]

୨୦୦୯ ମସିହାରେ ୟୁରୋପ ଏବଂ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।^[୧] ^[୩] ଏହା ଏକ ସାଧାରଣ ଔଷଧ ଭାବରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ।^[୪] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୪ ସପ୍ତାହର ଔଷଧ ପ୍ରାୟ ୬ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହୋଇଥାଏ ।^[୪] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏହି ପରିମାଣ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାୟ ୩୦ ଡଲାର ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହୁଏ ।^[୫] ୨୦୨୦ ମସିହାରୁ ଏହା ଆଉ କାନାଡାରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ହେଉନାହିଁ ।^[୬]
