ପାଫୋଲାସିଆନାଇନ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Pafolacianine), ସାଇଟୋଲକ୍ସ ଏହାର ବେପାର ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଫ୍ଲୋରିସେନ୍ସ-ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରିତ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରୋପଚାରରେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଏକ ପ୍ରତିକୃତି କାରକ ।^[୧] ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଭାବରେ ଏହା ଓଭାରି କର୍କଟର ସ୍ଥାନ ଖୋଜିବା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ । ଏହା ଏକ ଶିରାରେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଅଇ, ବାନ୍ତି, ପେଟ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ମୁଖ ଲାଲିମା, ଛାତି ଅସ୍ୱାଭାବିକତା, ଗଲୁ ଏବଂ ଆଲର୍ଜି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ହୋଇପାରେ ^[୧] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କଲେ ଶିଶୁର କ୍ଷତି ହୋଇପାରେ । ଏହା ଏକ ଫ୍ଲୋରିସେଣ୍ଟ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଫୋଲେଟ୍ ରିସେପ୍ଟର ସହିତ ବନ୍ଧନ ଯୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇଥାଏ, ଯାହା ଓଭାରି କର୍କଟରେ ଅଧିକ ପରିମାଣରେ ହୋଇଥାଏ ।

୨୦୨୧ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ପାଫୋଲାସିଆନାଇନ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୧] ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ସମାନ ଧରଣର ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଏଜେଣ୍ଟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମିଥିଲିନ ବ୍ଲୁ, ଫ୍ଲୋରେସିନ ସୋଡିୟମ୍ ଏବଂ ୫-ଏଏଲଏ (5-ALA) ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ।^[୩]
