ନାଫସିଲିନ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Nafcillin), ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ ୟୁନିପେନ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଆଣ୍ଟିବାୟୋଟିକ ଯାହା ସ୍ଟାଫିଲୋକୋକସ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ପ୍ରତିରୋଧ ଓ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୧] ଏହି ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଚର୍ମ, ଶ୍ୱାସନଳୀ, ମୂତ୍ର ଓ ରକ୍ତ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଏହା ଏମଆରଏସଏ (MRSA) ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ପ୍ରଭାବଶାଳୀ ନୁହେଁ ।^[୧] ଏହା ଶିରାରେ ବା ମାଂସପେଶୀରେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୧]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକ୍ସନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ଏବଂ ପ୍ରଦାହ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଆନାଫାଇଲକ୍‌ସିସ ଏବଂ କ୍ଲସ୍ଟ୍ରିଡିଅମ ଡିଫିସିଲ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କଲେ କ୍ଷତିର କୌଣସି ପ୍ରମାଣ ନାହିଁ, ଯଦିଓ ଏହିପରି ବ୍ୟବହାର ଭଲ ଭାବରେ ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ କରାଯାଇ ନାହିଁ ।^[୨] ଏହା ଏକ ପେନିସିଲିନ ପ୍ରକାରର ଏକ ବିଟା-ଲାକ୍ଟମ ଆଣ୍ଟିବାୟୋଟିକ୍ ।^[୧] ଏହା ପେନିସିଲିନେଜ ପ୍ରତିରୋଧକ ।^[୧]

୧୯୬୫ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ନାଫସିଲିନ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୧] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୨ ଗ୍ରାମ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ୧୦ ମାତ୍ରାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୯୦ ଡଲାର ଥିଲା ।^[୩] ୨୦୧୨ରେ ୩୮ଟି ଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଏହା କେବଳ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦେଶରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ଥିଲା ।^[୪]
