ଡିପିରିଡାମୋଲ, ବେପାର ନାମ ପର୍ସାଣ୍ଟାଇନ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ରକ୍ତ ଜମାଟ ନ ବାନ୍ଧିବା ପାଇଁ ତଥା ଥାଲିୟମ୍ ମାୟୋକାର୍ଡିଆଲ ପରଫ୍ୟୁଜନ ଇମେଜିଙ୍ଗର ଏକ ଅଂଶ ଭାବରେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୩] ରକ୍ତ ଜମାଟ ନ ବାନ୍ଧିବା ପାଇଁ ଏହା ଆସ୍ପିରିନ କିମ୍ବା ୱାର୍ଫାରିନ ସହିତ ମିଳିତ ଭାବରେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୪] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ କିମ୍ବା ଶିରାରେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ^[୩]

ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ମୁଣ୍ଡବିନ୍ଧା, ମୁଣ୍ଡ ବୁଲାଇବା, ଫ୍ଲଶ୍, ଛାତି ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ପାକଅନ୍ତନଳୀରେ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ଅଇ, ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା, ରାସ, ଗଲୁ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୪] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଯକୃତ ସମସ୍ୟା ଏବଂ ଆନାଫାଇଲକ୍‌ସିସ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୩] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ସହିତ କୌଣସି ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କ୍ଷତି ହୋଇନଥିବାବେଳେ, ଏପରି ବ୍ୟବହାରକୁ ଭଲ ଭାବରେ ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ କରାଯାଇ ନାହିଁ ।^[୫] ଏହା ରକ୍ତନଳୀକୁ ବିସ୍ତାର କରେ ଓ ପ୍ଲାଟେଲେଟ ଜମାଟ ହ୍ରାସ କରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ହୁଏ ।^[୪]

୧୯୬୧ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଡିପିରିଡାମୋଲକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।^[୩] ଏହା ଏକ ସାଧାରଣ ଔଷଧ ଭାବରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ।^[୪] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୨୦୦ ମିଗ୍ରାର ୬୦ଟି ବଟିକାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୧୩ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ ଥିଲା।^[୬] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏହି ରାଶିର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୮୮ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ ।^[୭]
