ଟ୍ରେପ୍ରୋଷ୍ଟିନିଲ, ଏକ ବେପାର ନାମ ରେମୋଡୁଲିନ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଫୁସଫୁସ ସମ୍ପର୍କୀୟ ଉଚ୍ଚ ରକ୍ତଚାପର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ । ^[୧] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଇପାରେ, ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଇପାରେ କିମ୍ବା ପ୍ରଶ୍ୱାସରେ ନିଆଯାଏ ।^[୧]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ମୁଣ୍ଡବିନ୍ଧା, ବାନ୍ତି, ଚର୍ମ ଲାଲ ଦେଖାଯିବା ଏବଂ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ସଂକ୍ରମଣ, ରକ୍ତସ୍ରାବ ଏବଂ ନିମ୍ନ ରକ୍ତଚାପ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ଏବଂ ସ୍ତନ୍ୟପାନରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଅସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଅଟେ ।^[୨] ଏହା ପ୍ରୋଷ୍ଟାସାଇକ୍ଲିନର ସିନ୍ଥେଟିକ୍ ଆନାଲଗ ଓ ଭାସୋଡାଇଲେଟର ।^[୧]

୨୦୦୨ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଟ୍ରେପ୍ରୋଷ୍ଟିନିଲ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୧] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏହା କେବଳ ଏକ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଫାର୍ମାସି ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ହାସଲ କରାଯାଇପାରିବ ।^[୧] ୟୁରୋପରେ ଏହାକୁ ୨୦୦୪ରେ ଅନାଥ ନାମ (orphan designation) ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା ।^[୩] ୨୦୧୫ ସୁଦ୍ଧା କାନାଡ଼ାରେ ଦିଆଯାଉଥିବା ଏହି ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ବର୍ଷକୁ ପ୍ରାୟ ୫୨୦୦୦ରୁ ୧୭୩୦୦୦ ସିଏଡି ଡଲାର ।^[୪] ୨୦୧୭ରେ ଏକ ଶ୍ରେଣୀଗତ ସଂସ୍କରଣ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୫]
