ଟେସାମୋରେଲିନ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Tesamorelin), ଏଗ୍ରିଫ୍ଟା ଏହାର ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଏଚ.ଆଇ.ଭି ସହ ଜଡିତ ଲାଇପୋଡିଷ୍ଟ୍ରୋଫି ରୋଗର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ। ।[୨] ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଭାବରେ ଏହା ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ପେଟର ଚର୍ବି ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।[୩] ଚର୍ମ ତଳେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ଆକାରରେ ଏହା ଦିଆଯାଏ ।[୨]
