କରୋନା ରୋଗ ବିଷୟର ଭିଡିଓ

କରୋନାଭୂତାଣୁ ରୋଗ ୨୦୧୯‌ ବା (କୋଭିଡ-୧୯) (କରୋନା, କରୋନାଭାଇରସ, କୋଭିଡ ଆଦି ନାମରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଜଣା) ତୀବ୍ର ଗୁରୁତର ଶ୍ୱାସରୋଗ କରୋନାଭାଇରସ ୨ ଦ୍ୱାରା(SARS କରୋନାଭାଇରସ ୨ କିମ୍ବା SARS-CoV-2)[] ବ୍ୟାପୁଥିବା ଏକ ସଂକ୍ରାମକ ରୋଗ । ପ୍ରଥମ କରି ଚୀନର ଉହାନଠାରେ ୨୦୧୯ ଡିସେମ୍ବରରେ ଏହା ବାବଦରେ ଜଣା ପଡ଼ିଥିଲା । କରୋନାଭାଇରସ ୨ SARS ଭୂତାଣୁ ସହିତ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧିତ ।[][୧୦][୧୧] ଏହି ରୋଗ ୨୦୧୯-୨୦ କରୋନାଭାଇରସ ବ୍ୟାପିବାର କାରଣ ।[୧୨][୧୩] ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ଲୋକେ ଜ୍ୱର, ଶୁଖିଲା କାଶ, ଥକା ଏବଂ ନିଶ୍ୱାସ ପ୍ରଶ୍ୱାସର ଅସୁବିଧା ଅନୁଭବ କରିପାରନ୍ତି ।[][୧୪][୧୫]

ଗଳା ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ସିଂଘାଣୀ ନାକ କିମ୍ବା ଛିଙ୍କିବା ସେତେ ହୁଏନାହିଁ ।[୧୬] ରୋଗର ପ୍ରଭାବ ବଢ଼ିଲେ ଏହା ନିମୋନିଆ ଏବଂ ବହୁ-ଅଙ୍ଗ ଅକାମୀ ଆଡ଼କୁ ଗତି କରିପାରେ ।[୧୨][୧୩]

ସଂକ୍ରମଣ କାଶ କିମ୍ବା ଛିଙ୍କିବା ସମୟରେ ନାକପୁଡ଼ାରୁ ଶ୍ୱାସଦେଇ ନିର୍ଗତ ବୁନ୍ଦା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଜଣେ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଅନ୍ୟକୁ ବ୍ୟାପିଥାଏ । ସଂସର୍ଗ ହେବାଠାରୁ ରୋଗର ଲକ୍ଷଣ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବା ଯାଏ ସମୟ ସାଧାରଣତଃ ୨ରୁ ୧୪ ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଓ ହାରାହାରି ୫ ଦିନ ଧରି ହୋଇଥାଏ ।[୧୭][୧୮][୧୯] ରୋଗ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟର ମାନକ ପଦ୍ଧତି ହେଉଛି ନାସୋଫାରିଞ୍ଜିଆଲ ସ୍ୱାବ କିମ୍ବା ସ୍ପୁଟମ ନମୁନାରୁ ରିଭର୍ସ ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସକ୍ରିପସନ ପଲିମେରେଜ ଚେନ ରିଆକସନ (rRT-PCR) । ଫଳାଫଳ କିଛି ଘଣ୍ଟାରୁ ୨ ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମିଳିଥାଏ । ରକ୍ତ ସେରମ ନମୁନା ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି ଆଣ୍ଟିବଡି ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ (ଇମ୍ୟୁନୋଆସେ) ମଧ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଇପାରେ ଓ ଫଳାଫଳ କିଛି ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମିଳିପାରିବ ।[୨୦] ନିମୋନିଆର ବୈଶିଷ୍ଟ୍ୟ ଦେଖାଉଥିବା ଲକ୍ଷଣ, ବିପଦ କାରଣ ଏବଂ ଛାତି ସିଟି ସ୍କାନର ମିଶ୍ରଣରୁ ଏହି ସଂକ୍ରମଣ ମଧ୍ୟ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ କରାଯାଇପାରେ ।[୨୧][୨୨]
