ଓଜେନୋକ୍ସାସିନ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Ozenoxacin), ଓଜାନେକ୍ସ ଏବଂ ଜେପି ଏହାର ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ, ଇମ୍ପେଟିଗୋ ରୋଗର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଏକ ଆଣ୍ଟିବାୟୋଟିକ ।^[୨] ଏହା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମେଥିସିଲିନ-ପ୍ରତିରୋଧୀ ଏସ ଅରିଅସ (MRSA) ଜୀବାଣୁ ଜନିତ ଇମ୍ପେଟିଗୋ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ।^[୩] ଏହା ଚର୍ମରେ କ୍ରିମ୍ ଭାବରେ ପ୍ରୟୋଗ କରାଯାଏ ।^[୩]

ଚର୍ମ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଅଳ୍ପ ଶୋଷିତ ହୁଏ; ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ସାଧାରଣତଃ କମ୍ ହୁଏ ।^[୩] ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ସେବୋରିକ ଚର୍ମରୋଗ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୪] ଗର୍ଭଧାରଣ କିମ୍ବା ସ୍ତନ୍ୟପାନ କରାଇବା ସମୟରେ ଏହା କ୍ଷତିକାରକ ବୋଲି ଆଶା କରାଯାଏ ନାହିଁ ।^[୨] ଏହା ଏକ କ୍ୱିନୋଲୋନ୍ ଅଟେ ଏବଂ ଡିଏନ୍ଏ ଗାଇରେଜ୍ ଏ ଓ ଟପୋଏସୋମରେଜ ଚତୁର୍ଥକୁ ଅବରୋଧ କରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ହୁଏ ।^[୨]

୨୦୧୭ ମସିହାରେ ଆମେରିକା ଏବଂ କାନାଡ଼ାରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଓଜେନୋକ୍ସାସିନ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୨] ^[୫] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୧% କ୍ରିମ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ୩୦ ଗ୍ରାମ୍ ଟ୍ୟୁବର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ପ୍ରାୟ ୩୪୦ ଡଲାର ଥିଲା ।^[୬] କାନାଡ଼ାରେ ଏହି ରାଶିର ମୁଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୫୩ କାନାଡ଼ା ଡଲାର ଅଟେ ।^[୭]
