ଆଦିବାସୀ ଭାଷା

ଆଦିବାସୀ ଭାଷା କୌଣସି ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଏବଂ ଆଦିମ ଅଧିବାସୀମାନଙ୍କଦ୍ୱାରା କଥିତ ଏକ ଭାଷା । ଏହି ଭାଷା ଭାଷାଗତ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରୁ ଭିନ୍ନ ଏକ ସମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟଦ୍ୱାରା କଥିତ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଜନ୍ମିତ ହୋଇଥାଏ । ଆଦିବାସୀ ଭାଷା ଜାତୀୟ ଭାଷା ହୋଇଥାଇପାରେ (ଆଇମାରା ଭାଷା ବଲିଭିଆର ଏକ ସରକାରୀ ଭାଷା) ବା ହୋଇନଥାଇପାରେ । ଜାତୀୟ ଭାଷାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଆଦିମ ଅଧିବାସୀମାନଙ୍କ ଭାଷା ହୋଇନଥାଇପାରେ ।

ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତରରେ ଅନେକ ଆଦିବାସୀ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପୂର୍ବ ପିଢ଼ିର ଭାଷାକୁ ପର ପିଢ଼ିକୁ ପାଖକୁ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବାରେ ବିଫଳ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ଏହା ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତେ ସେମାନେ ସଂଖ୍ୟାଗରିଷ୍ଠ ଭାଷାକୁ ସଂଖ୍ୟାଗରିଷ୍ଠ ସଂସ୍କୃତିର ଅପସଂସ୍କୃତିକରଣ ହେତୁ ଆଦରି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଅନେକ ଆଦିବାସୀ ଭାଷା ହତ୍ୟାର (ଭାଷାକୁ ମାରିଦେବା) ଶିକାର ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ।^[୧]

ଆଦିବାସୀ ଭାଷାଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଦୁର୍ବଳତାକୁ ଭିତ୍ତି କରି ମିଳିତ ଜାତିସଂଘ ୨୦୧୯ ମସିହାକୁ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ଆଦିବାସୀ ଭାଷା ବର୍ଷ ଭାବେ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଥିଲେ । "ଆଦିବାସୀ ଭାଷାର ଗୁରୁତର କ୍ଷୟକ୍ଷତି ଓ ସେସବୁର ଜରୁରୀ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ, ପୁନର୍ଜୀବୀତ କରିବା, ପ୍ରଚାର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଆକର୍ଷଣ ଏହାର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ।"^[୨]

ଶିକ୍ଷା

ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତରରେ ଅନେକ ଆଦିବାସୀ ଭାଷା ଶବ୍ଦତାଲିକା, ବ୍ୟାକରଣ, ପଠନ ଓ ରେକର୍ଡ଼ିଂ ଆଦି ସହ ପାରମ୍ପାରିକ ଭାବେ ଶିଖାଯାଇଥାଏ ।^[୩]

୬,୦୦୦ ପାଖାପାଖି ଭାଷା ଅନ୍ୟ କାମ ପାଇଁ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ରେକର୍ଡ଼ିଂ ଯଥା ଅନୁବାଦ ଥିବା ଧାର୍ମିକ ଲେଖା ଆଦି ଶୁଣି କରାଯାଇପାରିବ ।^[୪]^[୫]
