ଟେଲୋଟ୍ରିଷ୍ଟାଟ, (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Telotristat), ଜେରମେଲୋ ଏହାର ଏକ ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା କାର୍ସିନଏଡ ସିଣ୍ଡ୍ରୋମ ହେତୁ ହେଉଥିବା ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ାର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୩] ଏହାକୁ ଦିନକୁ ତିନିଥର ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୩] ଏହା ସୋମାଟୋଷ୍ଟାଟିନ୍ ପରି ଔଷଧ ସହିତ ଏକତ୍ର ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୩]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ପେଟ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ଯକୃତ ସମସ୍ୟା ଏବଂ ଥକାପଣ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୨] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ କୋଷ୍ଠକାଠିନ୍ୟ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୩] ଯକୃତ ଜନିତ ସମସ୍ୟା ଥିଲେ ଅଳ୍ପ ମାତ୍ରାର ଔଷଧ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୨] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିବାକୁ ସୁପାରିଶ କରାଯାଏ ନାହିଁ ।^[୪] ଏହା ଟ୍ରିପ୍ଟୋଫାନ ହାଇଡ୍ରୋକ୍ସିଲେଜକୁ ଅବରୋଧ କରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଥାଏ, ଯାହାଦ୍ୱାରା ସେରୋଟୋନିନ୍ ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କମିଯାଏ ।^[୩] ^[୨]

୨୦୧୭ ମସିହାରେ ଆମେରିକା ଏବଂ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଟେଲୋଟ୍ରିଷ୍ଟାଟ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।^[୩] ^[୨] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହା ପିଛା ମାସକୁ ପ୍ରାୟ ୮,୦୦୦ ଡଲାର ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହୁଏ । ^[୫] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଏହି ରାଶିର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୧୧୦୦ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ ଅଟେ ।^[୪]
