ପାରାସିଟାମଲ, ଅନ୍ୟ ନାମ ଆସେଟାମିନୋଫେନ ବା ଏପିଏପି, ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଜ୍ୱର ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।[] ଏହା ସାମାନ୍ୟରୁ ମଧ୍ୟମ ଧରଣର ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣାରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।[] ପିଲାମାନେ ଜ୍ୱରରେ ଏହି ଔଷଧଦ୍ୱାରା କମ୍ ଉପକାର ପାଇବା ଜଣାଯାଏ ।[୧୦] ଏହା ଅନ୍ୟ ଔଷଧ ସ‌ହ ମିଶ୍ରିତ ଭାବରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦିଆଯାଏ ଯେପରିକି ସର୍ଦ୍ଦି ଔଷଧରେ ଥାଏ ।[] ଅପରେଶନ ପରେ ବା କର୍କଟ ରୋଗରେ ହେଉଥିବା କଷ୍ଟ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏହା ସ‌ହିତ ଓପିଅଏଡ ଔଷଧ ମିଶେଇ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।[୧୧] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ବା ମଳଦ୍ୱାରରେ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି କରି ଦିଆଯାଏ: ଶିରାଭ୍ୟନ୍ତରରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦିଆଯାଏ । [][୧୨] ଔଷଧ ପ୍ରଭାବ ୨ରୁ ୪ ଘଣ୍ଟା ରହେ ।[୧୨]
