ଟ୍ରାଇହେପ୍ଟାନଏନ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Triheptanoin), ଡୋଜୋଲଭି ଏକ ବେପାର ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଲମ୍ବା-ଚେନ୍ ଫ୍ୟାଟି ଏସିଡ୍ ଅକ୍ସିଡେସନ ରୋଗମାନଙ୍କର (LC-FAOD) ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୨] ଏଥିରେ ପାଇରୁଭେଟ କାର୍ବୋକ୍ସିଲେଜ ଅଭାବ ଏବଂ କାର୍ନିଟିନ୍ ପାମିଟଏଲଟ୍ରାନ୍ସଫ୍ରେଜ୍ II ଅଭାବ ହୋଇଥାଏ ।^[୩] ^[୪] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ।

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ପେଟ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା, ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା, ବାନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ଅଇ ଲାଗେ ।^[୨] ଅଗ୍ନାଶୟ ଅଭାବ ଥିବା ଅନ୍ତନଳୀରେ ମାଲଆବସର୍ପସନ ହୋଇପାରେ । ଏହା ଏକ ଉତ୍ପାଦିତ ମଧ୍ୟମ-ଚେନ୍ ଟ୍ରାଇଗ୍ଲିସେରାଇଡ୍ ଏବଂ କ୍ୟାଲୋରୀ ଏବଂ ଫ୍ୟାଟି ଏସିଡର ଉତ୍ସ ଅଟେ । ^[୫]

୨୦୨୦ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଟ୍ରାଇହେପ୍ଟାନଏନ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୨] ୨୦୨୨ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହା ୟୁରୋପ କିମ୍ବା ବ୍ରିଟେନରେ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ନୁହେଁ ।^[୫] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୨୦୨୨ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୫୦୦ ମିଲି ପାଇଁ ଏହାର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ୫୬୦୦ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ ।^[୬]
