ଟ୍ରାଇଫାରୋଟିନ, (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Trifarotene), ଆକ୍ଲିଫ୍ ଏହାର ବେପାର ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ବ୍ରଣ ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଏକ ଔଷଧ ।^[୪] ଏହା ଚର୍ମରେ ମଲମ ଭାବରେ ପ୍ରୟୋଗ କରାଯାଏ ।^[୪] ଚର୍ମର ଉତ୍ତେଜନାକୁ ରୋକିବାରେ ମଏଶ୍ଚରାଇଜର ବା ଓଦା କରିବା ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୪]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଗଲୁ, ଉତ୍ତେଜନା ଏବଂ ସହଜ ଆତପଦାହ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୪] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କଲେ ଶିଶୁର କ୍ଷତି ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୫] ଏହା ଏକ ରେଟିନଏଡ୍; ବିଶେଷ ଭାବରେ ଏକ ଚତୁର୍ଥ ପିଢ଼ୀର ସିଲେକ୍ଟିଭ୍ ରେଟିନୋଇକ ଏସିଡ ରିସେପ୍ଟର ଗାମା (RAR-γ) ଆଗୋନିଷ୍ଟ ।^[୪] ^[୬]

୨୦୧୯ ମସିହାରେ ଆମେରିକା, କାନାଡ଼ା ଏବଂ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଟ୍ରାଇଫାରୋଟିନ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୪] ^[୫] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୪୫ ଗ୍ରାମ ଔଷଧ ନଳୀର (tube) ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୫୭୫ ଡଲାର ଥିଲା ।^[୭]
