ଟେଜେପେଲୁମାବ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Tezepelumab), ତେଜସ୍ପାୟାର ବେପାର ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଆଜ୍‌ମା ରୋଗର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୪] ^[୩] ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଭାବରେ ଏହା ଅତି ଭୟଙ୍କର ଆଜମା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ, ଯାହା ଅନ୍ୟ ଔଷଧ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରିତ ହୋଇନଥାଏ, ଅତି କମରେ ୧୨ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସର ରୋଗୀ ହୋଇଥିବ ।^[୩] ଏହା ପ୍ରତି ୪ ସପ୍ତାହରେ ଥରେ ଚର୍ମ ତଳେ ଇଞ୍ଜେକସନ ଆକାରରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।^[୩]

ସବୁଠାରୁ ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଗଣ୍ଠି ଏବଂ ଗଳା ଯନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ହୁଏ ।^[୩] ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଆଲର୍ଜି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୪] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ କ୍ଷତିର କୌଣସି ପ୍ରମାଣ ନଥିବାବେଳେ, ଏପରି ବ୍ୟବହାର ଭଲ ଭାବରେ ଅଧ୍ୟୟନ କରାଯାଇ ନାହିଁ ।^[୪] ଏହା ଏକ ମୋନୋକ୍ଲୋନାଲ ଆଣ୍ଟିବଡି ଯାହା ଥିମିକ୍ ଷ୍ଟ୍ରୋମାଲ୍ ଲିମ୍ଫୋପୋଏଟିନ (TSLP) କୁ ଅବରୋଧ କରିଥାଏ, ଫଳସ୍ୱରୂପ ବାୟୁପଥରେ କମ୍ ପ୍ରଦାହ ହୁଏ ।^[୪] ^[୩]

୨୦୨୧ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏବଂ ୨୦୨୨ରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଟେଜେପେଲୁମାବକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।^[୪] ^[୩] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୨୦୨୨ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ବର୍ଷକୁ ଏହା ପିଛା ପ୍ରାୟ ୪୮,୦୦୦ ଡଲାର ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହୋଇଥାଏ ।^[୬] ବ୍ରିଟେନରେ ଏହା ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିବାବେଳେ ୨୦୨୨ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ବଜାରରେ ଉପଲବ୍‌ଧ ହୋଇନାହିଁ ।^[୬]
