ଗ୍ଲେକାପ୍ରେଭିର/ପିବ୍ରେଣ୍ଟାସଭିର (ଜି/ପି), ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ ମ୍ୟାଲେରେଟ୍ ଏବଂ ମାଭରେଟ୍, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ସ୍ଥିର-ମାତ୍ରା ମିଶ୍ରଣ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ହେପାଟାଇଟିସ ସି ରୋଗର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୩] ^[୪] ଏଥିରେ ଗ୍ଲେକାପ୍ରେଭିର ଓ ପିବ୍ରେଣ୍ଟାସଭିର ଥାଏ ।^[୫] ^[୬] ^[୭] ^[୮] ସମସ୍ତ ଛଅ ପ୍ରକାରର ହେପାଟାଇଟିସ ସି ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଏହି ଔଷଧ କାମ କରେ । ଦିନ‌କୁ ଥରେ ଏହା ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସହିତ ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ । ^[୬] ^[୫]

ସବୁଠାରୁ ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ହେଉଛି ମୁଣ୍ଡବିନ୍ଧା, ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା ଏବଂ ଥକାପଣ ।^[୮] ^[୯] ହେପାଟାଇଟିସ ବି ଇତିହାସ ଥିବା ଲୋକଙ୍କଠାରେ ପୁନଃ ସକ୍ରିୟ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧୦] ମଧ୍ୟମରୁ ଗୁରୁତର ଯକୃତ ରୋଗରେ ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ଏହା ଦିଆଯାଇନଥାଏ । ^[୧୧] ଗ୍ଲେକାପ୍ରେଭିର ପ୍ରୋଟିନ NS3/4A ପ୍ରୋଟିଏଜ ଅବରୋଧ କରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ହୁଏ ଓ NS5A ଅବରୋଧ କରି ପିବ୍ରେଣ୍ଟାସଭିର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ହୁଏ ।^[୩]

୨୦୧୭ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟାବ୍ଦରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଏବଂ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଏହି ମିଶ୍ରଣକୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ^[୭] ^[୩] ବିଶ୍ୱ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଂଗଠନର ଅତ୍ୟାବଶ୍ୟକୀୟ ଔଷଧ ତାଲିକାରେ ଏହାର ନାମ ଅଛି । ^[୧୨] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୨୦୧୯ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହାର ଏକ କୋର୍ଷର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୭,୬୦୦ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ ।^[୧୩] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୨୦୧୮ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଏହି ପରିମାଣର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୬,୦୦୦ ପାଉଣ୍ଡ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହୋଇଥାଏ । ^[୯]
