ଉଇକିପିଡ଼ିଆ ଆଲୋଚନା:ଉପୁଜୁଥିବା ବିବାଦର ସମାଧାନ
I wish to see few changes on the Community portal page :
1. In space of Gotha Agana - please use "Gosthi Suchanaphalaka" 2. Everywhere I see a common word being used 'Pachota' in stead use "Swagata" 3. on the left side menu for 'Niara Pharada' Use "Bishesha Prustha"
and there are still many more, I will be adding from time to time. I am not against the use of these words on the wikipedia, but when we have better options available why should we stick to these words which are not used by many people. It is always prudent to use a better version of language rather than promoting a less spoken and understood dialect.
Please do the need full.

Subhashish you need to change your ways and style of adminship...instead of behaving like a true admin you have started behaving like a dictator/bureaucrat which is not acceptable..It's not about what you think is right or having the things the way you want it to be done/written. Wikipedia belongs to everyone equally and instead of changing, editing or arguing about things that you think is correct first ask others, have a discussion with them, then do the needful. Wikipedia isn't meant to be run by one person, specially if the person loses his morale judgement and starts bossing around. If this continues many of us would oppose your adminship. I would rather want a neutral person to be the admin instead of a person who claims & argues that what he knows, thinks and feels is correct and rest all is wrong. Learn to accept things, that is what makes you a true admin. And if you can't please step down. sambidhan

Please be liberal while commenting rather than individual attack. It's sad in the infancy of Odia Wikipedia more opposition and attack on an individual is practiced than correcting him, Wikipedia leaves all control to an individual, so all are allowed to correct mistakes if it is done. Being liberal doesn't count accepting what is totally wrong. The only way a person can be corrected is when he or she accepts the suggestions rather than being stubborn, there is no way to correct him/her when the person is not ready to accept anything and everything that he or she believes is wrong. Regarding the personal attacks that you have been commenting on and saying that your thoughts and ideas outside don't have anything to do with wikipedia is not justifiable either because if we were to take an example from the real life scenario of Ministers or Justices, their claims that their personal thoughts and ideas won't have anything to do with their job can never be accepted by others or the constitution. The personal thoughts and ideas of an admin no matter in whichever field, whether in real life or online plays an important role in the job he or she does, it comes under the ideology of moral judgement. --ସମ୍ବିଧାନ ମହାନ୍ତି
When someone remains at a responsible position he should give respect not only to his chair but also to the society at large, since the bigger the position the bigger and open the life becomes and everyone gets a right to debate over what is wrong and what not. And being an admin, if you display hesitation to listen to others may that be in FB or Wiki it will not be accepted at any cost. And responsible people d not behave like adamant kids.
