ଇଞ୍ଜେନୋଲ ମେବୁଟେଟ (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Ingenol mebutate), ପିକାଟୋ ଏହାର ଏକ ବିକ୍ରୟ ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ଆକ୍ଟିନିକ୍ କେରାଟୋସିସ୍ ରୋଗର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୧] ଚର୍ମରେ ଦୁଇରୁ ତିନି ଦିନ ଧରି ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ଥରେ ଲଗାଯାଏ ।^[୧] ଏହା ଫ୍ଲୋରୋୟୁରାସିଲ କିମ୍ବା ଇମିକ୍ୟୁମୋଡ୍ ଭଳି ସମାନ କାମ କରୁଥିବା ପରି ଦେଖାଯାଏ ।^[୧]

୨୦୧୨ ମସିହାରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଇଞ୍ଜେନୋଲ ମେବୁଟେଟ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ।^[୧] ୨୦୧୨ରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଏହା ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିବାବେଳେ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ବିଷୟରେ ଚିନ୍ତା ହେତୁ ଏହାକୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର କରି ନିଆଯାଇଥିଲା ।^[୩] ^[୨] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ୨୦୨୧ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ତିନୋଟି ଅନୁପାନର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୧୦୦ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ ^[୪] ମିଲ୍କ-ଉଇଡ ଉଦ୍ଭିଦରୁ ଏହା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଏ ।^[୧]
