ଓପନ ସୋର୍ସ ସଫ୍ଟବେର (OSS) ଗୋଟିଏ କମ୍ପ୍ୟୁଟର ସଫ୍ଟୱେର ଯାହା ସୋର୍ସ-କୋଡ଼ ସହ ମିଳିଥାଏ ଓ କେତେଗୋଟି ଅଧିକାର ଏକ ସଫ୍ଟବେର ଲାଇସେନ୍ସ ଭିତରେ କପିରାଇଟ ପାଇଁ ସାଇତାହୋଇଥାଏ ଯାହା ବ୍ୟବାହାରକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ସଫ୍ଟବେରଟିରେ ଗବେଷଣା କରିବା, ବଦଳାଇବା, ଉନ୍ନତ କରିବା ଓ କେବେକେବେ ବନତିବାକୁ ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଥାଏ ।
