ମାରିଙ୍ଗ ନାଗା ଭାଷା ଏକ ଭାରତୀୟ ଭାଷା ଅଟେ । ଏହା ଭାରତର ମଣିପୁରର ମାରିଙ୍ଗ ଓ ଖୁଇବୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କଦ୍ୱାରା କଥିତ ଦୁଇଟି ଘନିଷ୍ଠ ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ ଭାଷା ମାରିଙ୍ଗ ଓ ଉଇପୋ (ଏକ୍ସନିମ୍: ଖଇବୁ)କୁ ନେଇ ଗଠିତ ଚୀନ-ତିବ୍ଦତୀୟ ଭାଷାର ଏକ ଛୋଟ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଅଟେ । ଭାଷାଭିତ୍ତିକ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିକୋଣରୁ ସେମାନେ ଟାଙ୍ଗଖୁଲିକ ଭାଷାର ନିକଟତର ହୋଇପାରନ୍ତି ।[୨]
