ବୋସୁଟିନିବ (କୋଡ ନାମ SKI-606, ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ନାମ ବୋସୁଲିଫ) ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା କ୍ରୋନିକ୍ ମାଇଲୋଜେନସ୍ ଲ୍ୟୁକେମିଆ (CML)ର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ । ^[୧] ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଭାବରେ ଏହା ଫିଲାଡେଲଫିଆ କ୍ରୋମୋଜୋମ୍ ପଜିଟିଭ୍ ମାମଲାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ । ^[୨] ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ | ^[୨]

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା, ରାସ, ବାନ୍ତି, ଥକାପଣ, ଯକୃତ ସମସ୍ୟା, ଶ୍ୱାସନଳୀ ସଂକ୍ରମମଣ, ଜ୍ୱର ଏବଂ ମୁଣ୍ଡବିନ୍ଧା ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଅସ୍ଥି ମଜ୍ଜା ଦମନ, ହୃଦପିଣ୍ଡ କ୍ଷତି, ଫୁଲା ଏବଂ କିଡନୀ ସମସ୍ୟା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ହୋଇପାରେ । ^[୨] ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ଶିଶୁର କ୍ଷତି କରିପାରେ ।^[୨] ଏହା ଏକ ଟାଇରୋସିନ କାଇନେଜ ଇନହିବିଟର ଯାହା ବିସିଆର-ଏବିଏଲ ଏବଂ ଏସସିଆରକୁ (BCR-ABL) ଅବରୋଧ କରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ହୋଇଥାଏ । ^[୩]

୨୦୧୨ରେ ଆମେରିକାରେ ଏବଂ ୨୦୧୩ରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ବୋସୁଟିନିବ ଅନୁମୋଦିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା ^[୩] ^[୧] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୪ ସପ୍ତାହର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ୨୦୨୧ରେ ୩୪୦୦ ପା‌ଉଣ୍ଡ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହେଉଥିଲା । ^[୪] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏହି ପରିମାଣ ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୭,୦୦୦ ଡଲାର ଅଟେ । ^[୫]
