[ସମ୍ପାଦନା]ବେନୋ ୧୭ ଅପ୍ରେଲ୍ ୧୯୯୦ରେ ଚେନ୍ନାଇରେ, ଲ୍ୟୁକ୍ ଆନ୍ଥୋନୀ ଚାର୍ଲ୍ସ ଓ ମ୍ୟାରି ପଦ୍ମଜାଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଜନ୍ମ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ।[୨] ଚେନ୍ନାଇରେ ଅନ୍ଧମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଥିବା ଲିଟିଲ୍ ଫ୍ଲାୱାର୍ କନଭେଣ୍ଟ୍ ହାୟର୍ ସେକେଣ୍ଡାରୀରୁ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିନଥିଲେ । ଏହାପରେ ଷ୍ଟେଲା ମ୍ୟାରିସ୍ ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ, ଚେନ୍ନାଇରୁ ସ୍ନାତ୍ତକ ଓ ଲୟଲା ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରୁ ସ୍ନାତ୍ତକୋତ୍ତର ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲେ ।[୩] ବେନୋ ପ୍ରଥମ ଶତ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଅନ୍ଧ ଭାରତୀୟ ବୈଦେଶିକ ସେବା ଅଧିକାରୀ ।[୪][୫]
