Hello! I see you speak English and are the only interface admin on this wiki. Perhaps you can help me. I am the author of meta:MoreMenu. This gadget is installed on this wiki but is sourcing the version on English Wikipedia. If you could, it'd be great to update it to use the new version of MoreMenu that lives on Meta, which is localizable.

At MediaWiki:Gadgets-definition, change the "dropdown-menus" definition to:

dropdown-menus[ResourceLoader|dependencies=mediawiki.api,mediawiki.util,user.options]|dropdown-menus.js

Then change MediaWiki:Gadget-dropdown-menus.js to:

mw.loader.load('https://meta.wikimedia.org/w/load.php?modules=ext.gadget.MoreMenu');

That should do it. You can delete MediaWiki:Gadget-dropdown-menus-vector.css as it is not used anymore.

As you'll notice, there are currently no Odia translations. If you would like to help with this, review meta:MediaWiki:Gadget-MoreMenu.messages.en.js and let me know what the tranlsations are, and I will add them.

Hello! I see you installed the new version. Thank you! I added some translations for you that I copied from MediaWiki. There are still a number of untranslated messages, though. If you'd like to add them, review meta:MediaWiki:Gadget-MoreMenu.messages.or.js and give me the translations (here or on the talk page). For now I'm going to consider or.wikipedia as having completed the migration. Thanks again,
