ପ୍ରସ୍ତରିକୃତ କାଠ (English: Petrified wood; ଗ୍ରୀକ ମୂଳଭାଷା- petroମାନେ "ପଥର" ବା "ଶିଳା"; ଆକ୍ଷରିକ ଭାବେ "ପଥର ପାଲଟି ଯାଇଥିବା କାଠ") ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ପ୍ରକାରର ସ୍ଥଳଜ ଉଦ୍ଭିଦମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦିଆଯାଉଥିବା ଏକ ନାମ । ଏହା ଗଛ କିମ୍ବା ଗଛ-ଜାତୀୟ-ଉଦ୍ଭିଦ ଗୁଡିକରେ ପ୍ରିମିନେରାଲାଇଜେସନ ( Permineralization )ଦ୍ୱାରା ପଥରରେ ପରିଣତ ହେବାର ପରିଣାମ ଅଟେ ।
