ଟିଭୋଜାନିବ, (ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷାରେ Tivozanib), ଫୋଟିଭଡା ଏହାର ଏକ ବେପାର ନାମ, ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଔଷଧ ଯାହା ବୃକ୍‌କୀୟ ଜୀବକୋଷ କର୍କଟ (ଆରସିସି) ରୋଗର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ।^[୧] ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଭାବରେ ଏହା ଆଗେଇ ଯାଇଥିବା ରୋଗ ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହୁଏ ଯାହା ଅନ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସାରେ ବିଫଳ ହୋଇଛି । ଏହା ପାଟିରେ ଦିଆଯାଏ ।

ସାଧାରଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଥକ୍କାଣ, ଉଚ୍ଚ ରକ୍ତଚାପ, ତରଳ ଝାଡ଼ା, ଅଇ, ସ୍ୱରରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ, କମ୍ ଥାଇରଏଡ ହରମୋନ, କାଶ ଏବଂ ପାଟି ପ୍ରଦାହ ହୋଇପାରେ ।^[୧] ଅନ୍ୟ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାରେ କମ୍ ରକ୍ତ ସୋଡିୟମ୍, ହୃଦଘାତ, ରକ୍ତ ଜମାଟ ବାନ୍ଧିବା, ରକ୍ତସ୍ରାବ ଏବଂ ଲାଇପେଜ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ହୋଇପାରେ । ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କଲେ ଶିଶୁର କ୍ଷତି ହୋଇପାରେ । ଏହା ଏକ ଭିଇଜିଏଫ (VEGF) ରିସେପ୍ଟର ଇନହିବିଟର, ଯାହା ନୂତନ ରକ୍ତନଳୀ ଗଠନକୁ ଅବରୋଧ କରିଥାଏ ।^[୩]

୨୦୧୭ ମସିହାରେ ୟୁରୋପରେ ଏବଂ ୨୦୨୧ରେ ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଡାକ୍ତରୀ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଟିଭୋଜାନିବଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁମୋଦନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।^[୩] ^[୧] ଯୁକ୍ତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ଏହାର ୪ ସପ୍ତାହରେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୬,୦୦୦ ଡଲାର ହୁଏ ।^[୪]
