Usage
ଛାଞ୍ଚ:ISO 639 name bn is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code bn, for example: {{Translated page |bn |name of page at ବଙ୍ଗଳା Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the ବଙ୍ଗଳା Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from ବଙ୍ଗଳା Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |bn}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|bn| some text in ବଙ୍ଗଳା}} wraps the text with <span lang="bn"> and could be used by the template {{Lang}} with language code bn to include articles in Category:Articles containing ବଙ୍ଗଳା-language text (may be created using {{Category articles containing non-English-language text |ବଙ୍ଗଳା |bn}}).
