କ୍ରିଏଟିଭ କମନ୍ସ

କ୍ରିଏଟିଭ କମନ୍ସ(ସିସି) ଏକ ଆମେରିକୀୟ ଅଣଲାଭକାରୀ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଯାହା ରଚନାତ୍ମକ କାମକୁ ଆଇନ‌‌ଗତ ଭାବେ ବାଣ୍ଟିବା ଓ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହାର କରିବାରେ ସାହାୟତା କରେ । ଏହି ସଂସ୍ଥା କପିରାଇଟ ଲାଇସେନ୍ସ ରୂପରେ କ୍ରିଏଟିଭ କମନ୍ସ ଲାଇସେନ୍ସ ବା ସିସି ଲାଇସେନ୍ସ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ କରିଛି ଯାହା ନିଶୁଳ୍କ ଭାବେ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହାର କରିହେବ। ଏହି ଲାଇସେନ୍ସ ସ୍ରଷ୍ଠାକୁ କିଛି ଅଧିକାର ରଖିବାରେ ସାହାୟତା କରେ । ସ‌ହଜରେ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହାରକାରୀକୁ ଲାଇସେନ୍ସ ବିଷୟରେ ବୁଝେଇବା ପାଇଁ କିଛି ପ୍ରତୀକ ମଧ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟବ‌ହାର କରାଯାଏ । କ୍ରିଏଟିଭ କମନ୍ସ କପିରାଇଟର ଅନ୍ୟ ରୁପ ନୁହଁ କିନ୍ତୁ ତା ଉପରେ ଆଧାରିତ ଅଟେ ।
